Frequently Asked Questions

How do I register up for a Coaching Track/Drop-In Coaching Session?

If you are eligible to register for a Coaching Track/Drop-In Coaching Session, you should have received an email with the subject ‘Welcome! HumanQ Group Coaching Registration’ with detailed steps on how to register.

If you haven’t already registered for your Coaching Track/Drop-In Coaching Session, please login to the Web Platform or download the ‘HumanQ’ Mobile App on your phone.

You will need to:

  • Set up your profile 
  • Navigate to your Registration page where you will see all available Coaching Tracks/Drop-In Coaching Sessions available to you
  • Select the Coaching Track/Drop-In Coaching Session date and time that works best 

If you were pre-assigned to a Coaching Track/Drop-In Coaching Session you do not need to select a date/time option. You will instead see your pre-assigned upcoming sessions on your Home page.

What do I do if I can’t get into my Coaching Session?

You should see your next Coaching Session at the top of your Home page. If you cannot click on the ‘Join Session’ button, please ensure that you’ve allowed your browser access your camera and microphone. We recommend accessing HumanQ using Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge. Additionally, please make sure you don’t have any other video conference applications open (e.g. Zoom, Teams, Webex, etc.) 

If that doesn’t work we recommend logging out and logging back into the Platform and trying to join your Session again. If you’re experiencing spotty internet, please dial in by phone by clicking on the “Join Session by Phone” button or using the dial-in information in your calendar invite. 

You can contact us through the support chat or by emailing us at support@humanQ.com. If it’s during our live support hours (9am – 6m Eastern Time) someone will respond to you immediately.

Note: If you are not registered for a Coaching Session, you will not see any upcoming sessions on your Home page. For information on how to register for your Coaching Sessions review the “How do I register up for a Coaching Track/Drop-In Coaching Session?” FAQ.

Where do I go to join my Coaching Session on HumanQ?

  1. Navigate to your Home page on HumanQ using the top menu, or click HERE 
  2. You should see your Coaching Session at the top of the page, click on ‘Join Session’  

How do I recover my login information?/How do I reset my password?

If your Coaching Program is being offered through your organization, it is highly likely that you registered for HumanQ using your work email address. To recover your password, go to the HumanQ login page and click on the ‘Forgot Password?’ prompt where you will be required to enter your email address to reset your password. 

To Reset Your Password:

When logging into HumanQ, click on the ‘Forgot Password?’ prompt where will be required to enter your email address to reset your password. 

If you are already logged in, you can change your password at any time at the bottom of your “Profile” page.

How can I communicate with my Coach?

On HumanQ, you are able to chat with your Coach during your Coaching Session(s) using the chat function. You can also continue the conversation with your peers, share resources, and more, in the ‘Group Chat’ located on your Groups page.

How can I delete my account?

Your profile can be deleted on the Profile page on HumanQ by clicking on the person icon in the top right of the screen.

Scroll to the bottom of your profile page and click the “Delete my account” button. After clicking this button, you will need to confirm that you would like to delete your account.

Please Note: Deleting your account will permanently erase all of your personally identifiable information, comments, and messages that you have sent. You will not be able to access this data afterwards. 

What if I can no longer attend my Coaching Session(s)?

If your Coaching Track/Drop-In Coaching Session has already started, please reach out to us at support@humanq.com, and we’ll help you sort it out!

Can I switch Coaching Tracks/Drop-In Coaching Sessions? If so, how?

If Registration is open, you can unregister and re-register for a different Coaching Track/Drop-In Coaching Session that better suits your schedule. If Registration is closed, please reach out to us at support@humanQ.com.

Additionally, if you were pre-assigned to a Coaching Track/Drop-In Coaching Session for a specific date/time by your program sponsors, you can either reach out directly to them or reach out to us and we will try and accommodate any changes.

Note: If your Coaching Track has already begun, we will not be able to switch you into a different Coaching Track in order to maintain the psychological safety of each and every group. 

What does HumanQ do with my data?

HumanQ takes privacy and data security very seriously. Your data is 100% private and secure, which means we never share any of your information with third parties.

How do I update the information in my profile?

The information in your profile can be changed and updated in the Profile page on HumanQ by clicking on the person icon in the top right of the screen.
