Joining Your Coaching Session

Your next upcoming Coaching Session will appear on the top of your Home page. You can join your Coaching Session up to 15 minutes prior to the actual start time. Until then, the timer will count down until the start of the Coaching Session. Once the Session is open, you will see a button called ‘Join Session’ that will allow you to join the Coaching Session.

Note: If you are not registered for a Coaching Session, you will not see the Coaching Session in the Upcoming Coaching Sessions section of your Home page.
